Our website is hosted on Vercel's infrastructure. Form submissions are processed through our email delivery service (Resend) and delivered to our team. We do not maintain a separate database of user submissions beyond our email systems.

Data may be stored or processed in servers located in Canada or the United States. Where data is transferred outside of Canada, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with PIPEDA requirements.

5. Third-Party Data Processors

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

  • Google: Google Ads conversion tracking and analytics (privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy)

Each third-party processor is bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements. We select processors that demonstrate adequate data protection practices.

In accordance with PIPEDA and Alberta's PIPA, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right of Access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Right of Correction: You may request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data

  • Right to Complain: You may file a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta

  • Take immediate steps to contain and remediate the breach
  • Document the breach and maintain records as required by law

8. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable laws and regulations. Our general retention periods are:

  • Consultation and contact form data: Retained for the duration of the client relationship plus 2 years
  • Website analytics data: Retained for up to 26 months
  • Transaction records: Retained as required by RECA and applicable tax laws
